Sidewalk and Street Improvements

  1. East Wilson Street Resurfacing Project

    In 2013, the City applied for and received Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding for the resurfacing of East Wilson Street between Raddant Road and Kirk Road. The work is scheduled to take place during the summer of 2016.

    Each year the City of Batavia performs sidewalk maintenance to repair defects within the city sidewalk system. These repairs ensure pedestrian safety as well as reduce liability for the property owner and the city of Batavia

  7. 2016 East Wilson Street Sidewalk Project

    In 2015, the City applied for and received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for the construction of a new sidewalk East Wilson Street between Woodland Hills Road and Kirk Road. The work is scheduled to take place during the summer of 2016.
