The City proposes to amend the Zoning Map for these properties and contiguous rights-of-way from their current zoning classification of R0 Single Family District to R-1M Single Family Medium Density Residential District, except the areas located north and east of the centerline of Pine Street (435, 451 and 511 Pine Street) would be zoned R1-L Single Family Low Density Residential District, and the west half of the Burlington Northern Railroad would be zoned LI Light Industrial District with a SRS South River Street Gateway Overlay District. No development, redevelopment, or change in use for any of these properties is contemplated as part of the Zoning Map Amendment.
