Due to the Governor's announcement of Statewide Tier 3 Covid-19 mitigations, City Hall will be restricting access at some facilities until further notice effective Friday, November 20, 2020 at 12:01 AM. It is of paramount importance that the City takes measures to ensure that our staff is available to meet the needs of the community.
There will be no public access to the Utility Billing Department. A box to receive payments is located in the Police Department lobby. The office is not available to make change for cash payments, but any overpayment will be credited to your account and applied to your next month’s payment. There is another payment box located in the parking lot west of City Hall and one on the east side at 433 E Wilson Street. If you need to speak directly with someone in Utility Billing, please call (630)454-2020 or you may email the department at email@example.com.
There will be no public access to the Community Development Department. A box will be located in the Police Department lobby to accept documents and payments. The office is not available to make change for cash payments. The City will continue to conduct inspections. Building permits will continue to be received and processed through our one stop online portal. If you need other assistance, please call (630)454-2700.
Except for the Police Department lobby, all other areas of City Hall are closed to the public. Although the building is closed, we are still here to assist you through phone and email. We ask that you call (630)454-2000 if you have a request or you need assistance. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If a need arises outside of those hours, please call the Police Department non-emergency number (630)454-2500. Email contact information is available on our website.
There will be no public access to the Public Works Building located at 200 North Raddant Road. Home visits for non-emergencies are suspended. If you need assistance, please call (630)454-2300.
