NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons concerned that on the 4th day of August, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, at 100 North Island Avenue, Batavia, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the City of Batavia will meet and a Public Hearing will be held to consider an amendment to the text of the Zoning Code of the Batavia City Code. The proposed amendment would add a new Zoning Code Section 4.407.H of the Sign Regulations to allow display of portable signs.
All interested persons are requested to attend said Hearing.
