Overnight parking is prohibited in Batavia. However, if special circumstances arise requiring residents to park in the street overnight temporarily, this application may be submitted.
If you are holding an event (race/walk/festival) that will utilize public streets and sidewalks, or other public right of ways, you must complete and submit a Special Event-Festival permit at least 90 days prior to the event.
