Downtown Batavia

Like most communities, the heart of Batavia is it's downtown. Downtown Batavia offers sweeping views of the beautiful Fox River and all her power and beauty while the streets are lined with beautiful historic limestone buildings full of opportunity. Batavia has 2 active Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts in the downtown.
