The City of Batavia will accept sealed RFP responses until noon on July 22, 2022 for the Acquisition and Redevelopment of .68+/- Acre of Real Property Located within the City of Batavia’s Downtown Tax Increment Financing District (TIF Dist. No. 6).
The subject property is generally located on the east side of N. River St. mid-block between Spring St. to the north and State St. to the south. Parcel Identification Numbers:
